Norman Quack’s may just be the most relaxing, low pressure, - come as you are chophouse you’ll ever visit.  Not really any power lunches here, in fact it’s possible nobody has even worn a suit to Norman’s all year!  While other steak/chophouses strive to perfect upscale dining and being the place to be and be seen  - we’re busy focusing on  downscaling   T-shirts, blue jeans, and flip-flops - moms, dads, family, friends, easy spirits, and a beer.  Yeah!

Now when it comes to the food, we do pay a lot of attention.  We try our best to give everyone (even the little Quackers) a taste of the Big Boys, for a lot less!  Fresh, aged, in-house cut steaks, prime roasted pork chops, tons of fresh fish choices (over eight tons sold to date), and the tenderist, juiciest, fall- off –the- boniest ribs, you’ll ever have!  Literally menu pages full of hand-pattied fresh burgers, giant sandwiches, and some of the world’s greatest Quackitizers.  Like our fresh hand-dipped chicken tenders, beer-battered to order real white cheddar cheese curds!  Our own center cut seared and peppered tender tips and tomatoes.  Our fresh stone hearth baked ciabatta bread and homemade whipped butters are never ending as well as the lack o pressure.
